The front apartment (unit 17Α, 47.97m²) was acquired in December 2021 and comprises two rooms plus a kitchen. The back apartment (unit 16Α, 41.72m², directly behind it) was acquired in May 2023 and comprises two rooms, one of which serves as a combined kitchen and bathroom.
